Zi Wu Liu Zhu (“Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow”) is an advanced concept in traditional Chinese medicine that aligns natural rhythms with human health. This workshop looks at the history, core principles, and practical applications, particularly through the lens of acupuncture.
Based on the ancient Chinese calendar, it originates from observations of nature. Practitioners noticed regular patterns in the movement of celestial bodies, changing seasons, daily cycles, and tidal flows. These observations revealed that natural phenomena followed predictable cycles. The practical application involves chronotherapy, timing acupuncture treatments to align with the body's natural rhythms.
